Use of Artificial Intelligence in Our Recruitment Process

We use AI tools within Dayforce to assist with résumé parsing, job description creation, candidate screening, scoring, ranking, interview scheduling, and communication. These tools also support anonymized screening to reduce bias.

AI outputs are informational only and do not determine final terms of employment. No hiring decision is made by AI alone; all candidate selections and offers are made by human recruiters and hiring managers.
