This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just “support HR,” but actively strengthens the employee experience, keeps operations running smoothly, and brings forward ideas that make things better.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and delivering engaging, high-quality orientations
  • Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely and accurate HR support
  • Managing employee data, payroll and benefits updates, and licensing requirements with precision and accountability
  • Supporting leaders by identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance day-to-day operations
  • Communicating clearly and effectively across the organization—whether in person or through written materials

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced or service-driven environment
  • Strong working knowledge of HR fundamentals, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee support
  • A high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence in building relationships and communicating with employees at all levels
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now is an asset) and strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A proactive mindset—you take initiative, anticipate needs, and follow through
