About the role
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across Canada and the U.S., partnering with employees and leaders to deliver consistent, compliant, and employee focused HR practices. This role supports employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries and employee relations matters
- Support full-cycle recruitment and new hire onboarding
- Administer benefits programs and support U.S. open enrollment
- Maintain accurate employee records in Dayforce HRIS
- Support performance management processes, training, and compliance
- Assist with HR policies, audits, reporting, and culture initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field is an asset
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. employment laws
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency
